Our charming inn is located on 65 lush, expansive acres. Meander around the property and keep an eye out for interesting, native wildlife like the pileated woodpecker, black white-tailed deer, the illusive fisher, albino robin, and more. Our country estate is also an ideal location for birding. Spot unique birds throughout the landscape and enjoy hearing their cheerful springtime chirps. (Don’t forget your camera and binoculars!)

Try something new this spring, and take a ride on a fat tire bike. It’s unique and something a bit more special than your typical bike riding experience. We’ll provide the bikes, the route, the helmets, and the water bottles. All you have to do is have a blast! (Add our Fat Tire package to your reservation when booking.) If you would like to bring your own bike, ask us about the best trails and we can point you in the right direction. Try Kal-Haven Trail, a 33 mile rails-to-trails pathway connecting the cities of Kalamazoo and South Haven. Biking is just the start when you spend time around the Castle. Go kayaking or paddle boating at our very own private lake or hike through the wooded trails on our 65 acres.
