Let your romantic winter fantasies come true with a dreamy horse-drawn sleigh ride in the snow, available (weather permitting) every Friday evening in January and February 2020. Enjoy 20 minutes traveling through our wooded Kingdom in the cozy sleigh with your special someone and then savor local wine, cider, and desserts when you get back to the Inn, all for just $40 per couple. To reserve a spot, just book a stay that includes a Friday night and enter “Sleigh Ride” into the “Special Accommodations” section when booking online.
Grab a Bite at This New Local Brewery
The Allegan area is a haven for foodies and craft beer enthusiasts alike. Lucky for us, there’s a brand new restaurant in town! Try Schaendorf Brewing Company, located just 6 miles from the Inn. The owners of this hot spot are part of a well-known dairy and beef farm family so not only are you supporting a local business but its the perfect, casual place to stop on your first night in town. Dishes are made with local ingredients and you can taste the quality. There’s something for everyone and the friendly atmosphere can’t be beat. Open Tuesday-Saturday, 11:00am-9:00pm. (Although Schaendorf’s does not take reservations, use Yelp for putting yourself on the wait list and they will text you when your table is ready)
